The running back's contract provides $760,000 in base salary, a $100,000 signing bonus, a $100,000 roster bonus and $1 million in incentives, according to NFL Media.
Blount, who will turn 30 this season, reportedly is fully healthy after a hip injury landed him on injured reserve in December.
Blount rushed 165 times for 703 yards and six scores last season. The 250-pound back likely will split carries with James White and Dion Lewis this year.
