As he prepares for his fourth NFL season, New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson is hoping for a big year that will help him earn a new contract.
Patriots head coach Jerod Mayo had high praise for Stevenson and is also hopeful he will get a new contract, per Pro Football Talk's Josh Alper.
"You know, we'll see," Mayo said. "I will say this about Rhamondre. I think he's one of the better backs in the league, it's no doubt about it. I think over the last few years, it's been kind of tough on him, as far as getting started.
