New England Patriots quarterback Jacoby Brissett suffered a right shoulder injury during Sunday's preseason matchup with the Washington Commanders and is questionable to return, the team announced.
Brissett took a hard sack during the Patriots' first drive of the game and came to the sideline grimacing and holding his right shoulder. He did not return to the field during the next drive.
Per ESPN's Mike Reiss, New England had planned to play Brissett one to two drives in its preseason finale.
