Will it be out with the old and in with the new for the Carolina Panthers defense in 2025?
On Day 2 of the 2025 NFL draft, general manager Dan Morgan and company double-dipped at a major position of need—outside linebacker. They traded up to the 51st overall pick in the second round to take Texas A&M's Nic Scourton, then jumped again to the 77th overall pick in the third round for University of Mississippi's Princely Umanmielen.
With the Panthers looking to develop their young and ascending talent at this stage of their journey, Morgan was asked if veteran edge defender Jadeveon Clowney will still be around for the upcoming campaign.
