Winning the coin toss really hasn't meant much in the history of the Super Bowl. Over the previous 49 games, there have been 25 tails and 24 heads. Historically, the winner of the coin toss has gone 25-24.
But the last six years has bucked that trend, with the coin toss winner claiming four Super Bowl titles.
