Longtime NFL cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones said players who want to kneel during the United States national anthem should "figure out another way" to protest racial injustice because social issues "don't have nothing to do with the national anthem."
On Saturday, TMZ Sports provided Jones' comments about the hot-button topic after the NFL announced new guidelines in May forcing players to either stand for the anthem or remain in the locker room until the "Star-Spangled Banner" is complete.
"I'm all for standing for the anthem," Jones said. "...I have a couple of family members that have been over to Iraq.
