Kickoff to the college football season is rapidly approaching, meaning teams are running out of time to solidify their roster and fix their biggest holes.

Each and every team, including the title contenders, has some sort of issue -- personnel, coaching or schedule -- that could hold them back in 2017.

So we are taking a look at our Top 25 teams (using my colleague Stew Mandel’s post-spring Top 25) and assessing the one thing that could keep each program from reaching its potential in 2017.
