Ole Miss junior cornerback Ken Webster was carted off the field during the first quarter of the Rebels' game against Florida State with an apparent knee injury.
Webster, one of the school's top defensive backs, was defending a deep pass to Seminoles wideout Kermit Whitfield. He leapt up, and on the way down his knee caught in the turf and bent the wrong way. He was writhing in pain, and crying on the cart back into the locker room.
