Notre Dame has a new forward coming in -- Gisela Sanchez is transferring to the Fighting Irish from the Kansas State Wildcats.
She averaged 4.2 points per game, 3.1 rebounds per game and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 34.8 percent from the field last season.
Sanchez stands 6'4". Her arrival in South Bend is part of a rebuilding project for an Irish team that has lost veterans to graduation and the transfer portal.
