Swedish speedskater Nils van der Poel dominated the 10,000-meter race Saturday and immediately let his opponents know about it. Shortly after van der Poel set a world record during his gold medal performance, he released a training guide for anyone who wants to get on his level.
The guide — titled "How to skate a 10K and also half a 10K" — is available for download. It contains 62 pages of strategies, practice schedules and tips for skaters who wish to be as dominant as van der Poel.
It's quite the flex for van der Poel to have a guide ready to go immediately after winning another gold medal, but it's tough to criticize considering van Der Poel's dominance.
