Nick Moody is doing a mea culpa after a failure to appear arrest warrant was issued Friday for him.
The former San Francisco 49ers linebacker claims miscommunication led to him failing to appear in a Miami courtroom in connection to the DUI case of former teammate Aldon Smith.

Miami-Dade prosecutor Christine Zahralban told a Miami judge she was "stunned that Mr. Moody defied the court’s direct order to appear," according to the Miami Herald.
