The Denver Broncos made a roster move ahead of their trip to Super Bowl 50, waiving tight end Dan Light and signing former Oakland Raiders tight end Nick Kasa to the practice squad Monday, per Troy Renck of the Denver Post.
Light tweeted this out after the Broncos waived him, one day after punching their ticket to the big game Feb. 7 at Levi's Stadium:
Today I was released by the Broncos. Would just like to thank the organization. Thanks to my teammates and coach Kubiak in particular

The Raiders selected Kasa in the sixth round of the 2013 draft, and he appeared in every game in his rookie season, recording only one catch, a nine-yard touchdown reception in Week 17 against the Broncos.
