The NHL on Wednesday announced the matchups for four outdoors games during the 2016-17 season, including the Winter Classic between the Blackhawks and Blues in St. Louis.
The game will be played Jan. 2 at Busch Stadium. It will be the Blues' first outdoor contest and the Blackhawks' fifth.

“Playing the St. Louis Blues at iconic Busch Stadium is sure to add to the mystique of this intense rivalry,” Blackhawks president John McDonough said in a statement.
The first outdoor game of the season will be the Heritage Classic, hosted by the Jets on Oct.
