Jeff Miller, the NFL's vice president of player health and safety, admitted last month there is a connection between football-related head trauma and chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). Despite that admission, NFL owners like Cincinnati's Mike Brown, Dallas' Jerry Jones, New England's Robert Kraft, Cleveland's Jimmy Haslam, Indianapolis' Jim Irsay and Houston's Bob McNair have continued to deny a link.
