Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers jumped up to a dominant 21-7 lead over the Dallas Cowboys at halftime of their "Sunday Night Football" matchup. Not only did the 49ers largely shut down the Cowboys' offense — except for one perfect drive that resulted in a 26-yard touchdown pass to KaVontae Turpin — but Purdy hit George Kittle for his first two touchdowns of the season.
The ex-Iowa State quarterback found the former Iowa tight end for a 19-yard touchdown to open the game, which gave them a 7-0 lead.
