Jayden Daniels is the favorite to be taken by the Washington Commanders with the No. 2 pick in this month's NFL draft, but not all scouts are sold.
One NFL scout compared the LSU product to Justin Fields—and not in a favorable manner.
"High upside but has a ton of room (to grow). It will take a couple of years, and the offense has to be tailored (to him). It's going to be some wow but some ugly (plays). A lot like Justin Fields," the scout told Ben Standig of The Athletic.
While Fields still has some backers around the NFL, his complete lack of trade value this offseason is evidence the scout wasn't throwing out a compliment.
