The New England Patriots and safety Kyle Dugger reportedly agreed to a four-year, 58 million deal on Sunday, per NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo and Eric Edholm.
The Pats had previously placed a $13.8 million transition tag on Dugger.
Dugger's new deal features $32.5 million in guarantees and can be worth as much as $66 million with incentives.
The Pats selected Dugger with a second-round pick in the 2020 NFL draft out of Lenoir-Rhyne. Dugger became a full-time starter midway through his rookie campaign and finished with 64 tackles.
In 2021, Dugger added four interceptions for a Pats team that made the playoffs and finished with the No.
