Jackson has a long history with Marvin Lewis, who's set to join the Vegas staff.
That news dropped shortly after the Raiders reportedly hired ex-Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis as assistant head coach, per Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio.
There's a long-standing connection between Lewis and Jackson.
Lewis was the Bengals' head coach from 2003-2018.
