The Philadelphia Eagles will make an appearance in the NFC Championship Game for the second time in three years.
The Eagles took down the Los Angeles Rams in snowy conditions at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, winning by the final score of 28-22.
The Baltimore Ravens are also set to face off against the Buffalo Bills for a chance to compete against the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC crown. Kickoff on Sunday is at 6:30 p.m. ET.
