The NFL owners, commissioner Roger Goodell and everyone who approved the Rams' move from St. Louis to Los Angeles on Jan. 12, 2016, should be ashamed and embarrassed.
These aren't the words of a jilted lover, a scorned native of St. Louis crying over spilled milk. This is about consistency, honesty and that fateful NFL buzzword “integrity."
This is about all but two NFL owners approving the Rams move from the Gateway City to Los Angeles, under the pretense drawn up by Rams Chief Operating Officer Kevin Demoff and Rams owner Stan Kroenke.
That pretense painted the picture of apathy.
