The start of the 2016 free-agent signing season seems like the perfect time to review the best and worst of the 2015 signings.
But plenty of people didn’t bother waiting until Wednesday’s official start to weigh in. That includes team executives who are voting on some Class of ’15 members by unloading their contracts. With others, they’re figuring out how to keep them.
While that gets sorted out, here are the best signings of last season, starting with a veteran running back who had to replace a Pro Bowler ... twice.
