So for the second time this season, the Steelers receiver was hit with a hefty fine for what the league considers to be a "sexually suggestive" touchdown celebration during 43-14 win over the Chiefs on Monday night. According to ESPN.com, Brown's latest infraction will cost him $24,309.

Brown was fined $12,154 in Week 1 for twerking, a first-time offense officially classified as "'excessive profanity, other unsportsmanlike conduct.
