Despite a disappointing season for the New York Giants in which they set a new franchise record for the most losses in a single year, the team surprisingly won't be making any major changes this offseason.
Giants president John Mara released a statement on Monday saying that head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen will continue in their respective roles going forward following the 3-14 finish to the year:

The Giants struggled to show any ounce of competitiveness throughout the season.
