One anonymous NFL executive projected the Philadelphia Eagles as the No. 10 team in the NFC entering the 2024 season.
"There is too much noise there," the executive explained, per Mike Sando of The Athletic.
The Eagles' coaching staff underwent several changes at the end of a disappointing 2023 season, with Kellen Moore replacing Brian Johnson at offensive coordinator and Vic Fangio supplanting Sean Desai as the team's defensive coordinator.
