SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – There were no votes or final decisions on two proposed stadium projects presented here at a special NFL meeting on Los Angeles. But if anything seemed clear after the meetings wrapped Tuesday afternoon, it was the dire portrait of the Raiders’ future in Oakland.
“The Oakland Raiders have great fans in Oakland city and the county of Oakland and a lot broader territory,” said Eric Grubman, the executive vice president of NFL Ventures and business operations. “But the facts on the ground are that there’s been no viable proposal that’s been made to the Raiders.
