Patrick Mahomes is one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history, so him having eight touchdown passes to nine interceptions through seven games this season is going to turn heads.
One NFL executive believes the "s--t show" of the Kansas City Chiefs' injury situation around him isn't helping.
"Mahomes' issue right now is injuries at receiver," the executive said in a Tuesday piece by Jeff Howe of The Athletic. "(DeAndre) Hopkins isn't a stretch-the-field player anymore. It's more of an issue of protection and issues with balance, which puts a lot of pressure on the QB.
