NFL draft: Washington Commanders host sleeper corner prospect on top 30 visit

The Commanders continue to do their homework on draft prospects who can help improve the secondary next season. They will be hosting an experienced corner for a top-30 visit.

According to Ryan Fowler of The Draft Network, Washington will meet versatile USC corner Jaylin Smith on a top 30 visit.

Jaylin Smith is one of my top underrated prospects in the draft, and plays with versatility in the slot, out wide at corner. He even had some reps at safety. 2024 was Smith's best season as he moved from the slot to the outside corner for USC, and finished with career best grades on PFF.
