Maybe it's nothing or maybe it's at least noteworthy for the Jacksonville Jaguars, but according to Tom Pelissero, the New York Giants will work out Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders privately on Thursday.
Pelissero added that the Giants have scouted Sanders "extensively" in practice and in games this past season. They also sent a large contingent earlier this month to the Colorado pro day.
So what does this matter to the Jaguars? Well, if the Giants were to pick Sanders at No. 3 overall, that means one of Travis Hunter, Abdul Carter, and Will Campbell will be available when the Jaguars are picking at fifth overall, assuming Cam Ward goes No.
