The Washington Commanders are hosting private workouts and meetings with prospects as the NFL draft approaches, and the latest prospect signals that Washington could be looking for competition at the kicker position.
According to Gaby Urrutia of 247Sports, the Commanders hosted a private workout Tuesday afternoon with one of the top kickers in the draft, former Miami Hurricane Andres Borregales.
The workout "went great" according to Borregales' agent Shawn O'Gorman with First Round Management. He tells me the Commanders had Andres go through the typical workout, which consisted of field goals and kickoff sessions, and concluded around 3 pm ET.
