LeeAdianez Rodriguez-Espada, a 12-year-old from Rochester, N.Y., didn't just go the extra mile during a recent competition. She went way more.
According to WHAM-TV, the youngster accidentally ran a half-marathon instead of a planned 5K. That's 13.1 miles instead of 3.1.

Late for her shorter event, Rodriguez-Espada was told by a race official to quickly jump in with a group of runners. Wrong group.
The report said the longer she ran, the more she felt like something was wrong.
