New Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy 'definitely' thinks Dak Prescott can be a Super Bowl QB

Dallas Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy isn’t cutting the check to quarterback Dak Prescott, but he clearly is looking forward to the day that happens.

McCarthy worked with Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers with the Green Bay Packers and Joe Montana as an assistant with the Kansas City Chiefs. He knows good quarterback play. All three of those quarterbacks have won Super Bowls.

And he thinks Prescott, currently at the end of his rookie contract, can win one too.

McCarthy’s thoughts on Prescott are a little awkward considering Prescott and the Cowboys are still battling over a new contract.
