NEW YORK -- The Brooklyn Nets were hoping to continue their winning streak Thursday against the Minnesota Timberwolves despite dealing with a bevy of injuries to some of the best players on the team. However, speaking of injuries, Brooklyn did not make headlines for any injuries they suffered, but more because of what happened to Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards.
"I was out of bounds, trying to move out of the way. Definitely got to be faster than that, because player health is the most important thing in the game," Nets head coach Jordi Fernandez said after Thursday's 105-90 loss to Minnesota.
