NCAA Tournament 2016: Sweet 16 tip-off times, TV channels, announcers

Sometime in between the topsy-turvy first and second rounds of what's been one unpredictable NCAA Tournament, all four No. 1 seeds withstood upset bids with relative ease for Sweet 16 berths.

Predictable? Not so much. It's the first time since 2012 each of the tournament's top four teams reached the regional semifinals with title hopes intact. And with fellow championship favorites Michigan State and Xavier among the early casualties, Oregon, North Carolina, Virginia and No. 1 overall Kansas are peering over a seemingly weakened field.
