Kurt Busch, racing with an interim crew chief, won the NASCAR Sprint Cup Axalta “We Paint Winners” 400 at Pocono Raceway on Monday.
Busch, managing to save enough fuel to make it to the end of the race, led 32 laps en route to the win. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver now joins the field of drivers eligible for the Chase for the Sprint Cup.

The race came down to fuel mileage late, with some drivers trying valiantly to save while others were storming toward the front as differing fuel strategies came into play.
