NASCAR driver Spencer Gallagher has apologized for his fight with John Wes Townley during Saturday’s Camping World Truck Series race at Gateway Motorsports Park.
Gallagher and Townley were involved in a wreck during the race and then engaged in an awkward fight after climbing from their trucks. While still on the racing surface, the two drivers threw each other to the ground and rolled around, grappling with each other while Townley tried to throw punches at Gallagher.
