Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris has made some progress toward his physique heading into his fourth NFL season.
Per the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Brian Batko (h/t NFL.com's Kevin Patra), Harris' trainer, Josh Scott, said the running back has lost nearly 10 pounds thanks to him being "extremely clean -- almost obsessively clean -- with his diet."
"He's motivated, to say the least," Scott said.
Scott said Harris has gone from 242 pounds to around 235 this offseason as he gears up for a contract year.
