Former Oregon All-American kick returner and first-team All-Pac-10 cornerback Cliff Harris was arrested early Sunday morning and is facing misdemeanor charges of theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia, according to the Fresno Sheriff booking records.
He's also facing a felony charge for violating his probation for an offense from last year in which he set fire to a grassy street median. For that offense, he pleaded no contest to a felony charge of arson, and was sentenced to a year in jail.

In addition to the jail time, he faced three years of probation that restricted him from using drugs and drinking alcohol.
