Michigan State hockey will open the NCAA Tournament against Cornell.
The Spartans landed as the No. 2 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament, and will face off against the Cornell Big Red on Thursday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The game is scheduled to be played in Toledo, Ohio at 5:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, and will be televised on ESPN+.
The other matchup in the Spartans' region is between Boston University and Ohio State. Should the Spartans get past Cornell, Michigan State would play the winner of this matchup on Saturday.
