Morehead State men's basketball coach Sean Woods is facing a criminal charge after two of his players said he assaulted them during a game last month, according to WKTY-TV.
A single count of misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury was filed Tuesday against Woods in Vanderburgh County, Ind., court.

Following a Nov. 19 game at the University of Evansville, the players, Malik Maitland and Soufiyane Diakite, told a Morehead State police officer that Woods physically abused them in separate incidents, WKTY reported, citing court documents.
