Former Wisconsin star running back Montee Ball is facing new domestic abuse charges after a former girlfriend told police he strangled and suffocated her in a pair of 2014 incidents.
Ball was charged Thursday with strangulation and suffocation and with substantial battery — both felonies— and a pair of misdemeanor counts of domestic disorderly conduct, according to Madison.com . Ball was already facing misdemeanor domestic abuse charges from an incident involving a more recent girlfriend in February.
