Ball, who is a free agent, faces charges for domestic violence against two women. While he is prohibited from drinking and even being in a bar under felony bond conditions imposed by Dane County, police believe Ball was consuming alcohol at a drinking establishment called 841 Brewhouse.
Ball was found at a different address and denied drinking, but police claimed he had alcohol on his breath.
