Line: Packers by 7
Green Bay’s offense has turned into a complicated game of Jenga: Each week it seems another piece is removed, but Aaron Rodgers keeps the team upright. Jordy Nelson is out long term, and last week, the Packers spent much of the game without the star running back Eddie Lacy, who injured his ankle. Rodgers not only won the game but also finished without an interception for an 18th consecutive home start (including playoff games).
“I don’t know what it is, but I think he’s a pretty good player,” Kansas City Coach Andy Reid told reporters when asked about the streak.
