University of Minnesota basketball player Reggie Lynch will not be charged with sexual assault related to his arrest in May, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office said (via the Twin Cities Pioneer Press).
A 21-year-old from suburban Edina, Minn., Lynch was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman, 19, on May 8 in a campus apartment building in Minneapolis.
“We found insufficient evidence to prove that a crime was committed,” spokesman Chuck Laszewski said.
