Mike Williams 'Getting Behind' at Chargers OTAs Due to Back Injury

The Los Angeles Chargers are hoping for early contributions from first-round pick Mike Williams next season, but a back injury isn't helping.

"Like I said before, he's getting behind," head coach Anthony Lynn said of the receiver, per Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times. "But the most important thing right now is to get him healthy, and get him back on the football field. But I know he can help us win football games down the road."

A mild disc herniation in his lower back has caused Williams to miss all of the organized team activities and he reportedly won't be able to participate until training camp at the earliest.
