Washington State head coach Mike Leach hinted that the Pullman, Wash. Police Department targets his football players amid several incidents in which Cougars players were arrested.
Sophomore linebacker Logan Tago was arrested on suspicion of robbery and assault for a June incident, safety Shalom Luani was arrested last month and accused of assault and authorities are looking into another incident which alleged that multiple football players were involved in a fight at a house party in July.
"If the other guilty parties are not accused or charged, there needs to be an extensive investigation as to why," Leach said, according to The Spokesman-Review.
