Mike Dunleavy will report to the Hawks on Tuesday after speaking with coach and team president Mike Budenholzer, Yahoo Sports reported Monday.
Dunleavy was traded Saturday from the Cavaliers to the Hawks for Kyle Korver but had been hesitant to report to Atlanta, perhaps in hopes of negotiating a buyout of his contract in order to become a free agent immediately, ESPN.com reported, citing an unidentified source.
Sources: Once Dunleavy was convinced that Budenholzer wanted him, there was no more discussion of buyout. Significant respect between them.

The Hawks and Cavs agreed Thursday to the trade that sent Korver to Cleveland for Dunleavy, Mo Williams and a protected 2019 first-round pick, and made it official on Saturday.
