Just days after meeting with the Michigan football media to discuss his role in spring ball and the upcoming season, one player is on the move -- perhaps surprisingly.
Though he wasn't expected to be one of the starters, Georgia-native Ben Hall -- who starred in the spring game two years ago as a true freshman running back -- was anticipated to be a big part of the Wolverines' plans as the third back to see the field behind Alabama transfer Justice Haynes and sophomore Jordan Marshall. Hall started in the ReliaQuest Bowl against the Crimson Tide but mustered only 28 yards on 16 carries.
