After shooting a 73 on Thursday at the U.S. Women's Open in Bedminster, New Jersey, Michelle Wie could only make it through one hole on Friday before she had to withdraw with a neck injury.
Wie actually almost withdrew on Thursday during a painful first round at a tournament she won in 2014. She said she first felt the injury during the KPMG Women's PGA Championship a few weeks ago, and it has seemingly not gotten better.
