Michael Strahan Allegedly Given Fake Jersey by Giants After Super Bowl 42 Win

A lawsuit filed in New Jersey Superior Court by attorney Brian C. Brook on Thursday alleges the New York Giants knowingly provided Hall of Fame defensive end Michael Strahan with a fake game-used jersey from Super Bowl 42, according to the New York Daily News' Michael O'Keeffe.

Within the lawsuit, Brook alleges that one of his three clients, Eric Inselberg, was sold Strahan's actual game-worn jersey by locker room attendant Edward Skiba. The lawsuit also alleges that quarterback Eli Manning and the Giants as an organization "sold fraudulent jerseys, helmets and other memorabilia to fans and trading card companies," per O'Keeffe.
