RIO DE JANEIRO — Michael Phelps heard on Sunday about the nerve-rattling robbery that four of his teammates — Ryan Lochte, Gunnar Bentz, Jack Conger and Jimmy Feigen — suffered after a party at France House here early this morning.
His reaction? “I kind of said, ‘Excuse me?’ I couldn’t believe it,” Phelps said.
